Welcome to Creative Achievements!
Founded in 2004, Creative Achievements is a non-profit organization that specializes in assisting persons that need extra help to find a job, due to a disability or other barriers to work. We serve Tarrant, Johnson, Denton, Palo Pinto, Erath, and Wise Counties in North Texas. We cover the following cities: Fort Worth, Arlington, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Southlake, Cleburne, Burleson, Granbury, and small towns in between.
Creative Achievements has two primary funders. One is the Ticket To Work Program, which is a national program affiliated with the Social Security Administration. Our other funder is a government contractor, which regularly sends us employment referrals on a regular basis. Persons who receive payments such as SSI, SSDI, or CDB, have moved towards greater financial independence.
Not Your Traditional Agency
We differ from traditional employment and temporary agencies in that Creative Achievements specializes in assisting persons that need extra help to find a job due to a disability or other barrier to work.
We work with clients on top notch resumes, up-to-date interview techniques, and a wide range of job search strategies. For some clients, we need to be very involved by making every contact with businesses. It all depends on the individual.
CA places clients in a variety of jobs. We support our clients with on-the-job coaches, training, and a variety of other tools depending on the job and the clients' needs.

We can’t emphasize our commitment to an individualized process enough. This sets us apart from other organizations. We believe that our investment in each client ensures a better job fit, resulting in long-term rewards.
